Eli Brand MS, LCSW, CSAT, CPTT

I am deeply passionate about helping people break free from the pain, patterns, or struggles that hold them back, so they can thrive in every aspect of their lives. Whether you’re healing from trauma, overcoming addiction, or rebuilding trust in relationships, I believe in the transformative power of therapy to foster growth, resilience, and lasting change.

As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT) and Certified Partner Trauma Therapist (CPTT), I specialize in guiding individuals and couples through the challenges of addiction, betrayal trauma, and relational healing. My approach integrates evidence-based techniques like EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic therapy, CBT, and mindfulness, allowing us to address your unique needs with care and precision.

I know how hard it can be to take that first step toward healing. My goal is to provide a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your story, uncover your inner strength, and move forward with confidence. Together, we’ll work to create the change and healing you need to not just survive, but truly thrive.

My goal is simple: to help you live a more connected, intentional life, guided by what truly matters to you. Whether you're navigating addiction, healing from trauma, or struggling with anxiety, depression, or relationship challenges, I approach therapy as a collaborative process, grounded in trust and openness, where meaningful change can emerge through honest self-exploration.

My work integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), parts work, and somatic approaches—blending practical tools with deeper emotional insight to support lasting growth. I aim to equip my clients with the tools to better understand themselves, navigate challenges with clarity, and make decisions that reflect their values and priorities.

At the heart of my approach is the belief that therapy should be a safe and compassionate space, where you feel genuinely heard, supported, and free to explore your experiences without judgment. I bring warmth, presence, and respect to every session, working with you to create meaningful forward movement.
